  1. ANCOM: samples with fewer than 5,000 sequences were removed; features that were not present in at least 4 samples were removed; features with an overall count of less than 500 [10% of feature biom – due to small sample size ≤ 10 per group] were also removed. All listed significant features [genus] rejected the null hypothesis. Median percentile abundance (average of the 25th, 50th, 75th percentiles) and analysis W scores determined using ANCOM. ANCOM values were corrected for multiple testing using the Benjamini–Hochberg method (q-value < 0.05: bold). Taxa also identified as significant in DESeq2 analyses are bolded
