The fold change in the relative level expression of VEGF165 (graph a), FGF2 (graph b), MMP2 (graph c) and MMP9 (graph d) was increased significantly for both 6×105 and 12 × 105 SaOS2 cells/volume at 48 and 96 h of incubation for NOS (graph e) at 96 h for 12 × 105 SaOS2 cells/volume.
