(a) Immobilization of different fetuin concentrations in different pH solutions shows maximum immobilization with 150 μg/ml at pH 4.5; (b) Baseline read of fetuin and asialofetuin after 2 hr and 24 hr immobilization are similar; baseline read immediately after washing wells (0 hr) or after washing and 2 hr equilibration (soak step) were similar. The wells that were washed contained fetuin/asialofetuin immobilized for 24 hrs.
