Comparison of antigen retrieval methods in cancer cell-spiked human bone marrow. Permeabilization using 0.5% Triton X-100 compared to heat-mediated antigen retrieval using Citrate-based Antigen Retrieval Solution, Target Retrieval Solution, and EDTA solution.
