Comparison of activation level between MoDCs and responsiveness to maturation stimuli or tumor antigens. MACS_MoDCs (black bars, MACS) and EasySep_MoDCs (grey bars, EasySep) were loaded with tumor cell lysates (TL) from MCF-7 breast cancer cell line or stimulated with LPS and TNF-α during 4 h and analyzed by flow cytometry for the expression of (a) HLA-DR, and (b) CD86.
