Western blot analysis of anti-human TFF3 monoclonal antibodies. a The Western blotting results were demonstrated with the indicated anti-TFF3 mAbs using human recombinant monomeric TFF3 under reducing conditions. b SDS-PAGE demonstrated the molecular size of human recombinant monomeric TFF3 (mTFF3) and dimeric TFF3 (dTFF3) in non-reducing (NR) and reducing (R) conditions.
