Effect of Rottlerin and FCCP on MTT assay. Cells were treated for 30 min with 5 and 20 μM Rottlerin and FCCP (R5, R20 and F5, F20, respectively) or vehicle alone (DMSO and ethanol, respectively) and MTT reduction was evaluated as described in "Materials and methods".
