Amount of ammonium sulphate salt [(NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 ] required for urinary proteins recovery. Lane 1: pellet fraction of 0.27 g (NH4)2SO4; lane 2: supernatant fraction of 0.27 g (NH4)2SO4; lane 3: pellet fraction of 0.13 g (NH4)2SO4; lane 4: supernatant fraction of 0.13 g (NH4)2SO4; lane 5: pellet fraction of 0.07 g (NH4)2SO4; and lane 6: supernatant fraction of 0.07 g (NH4)2SO4. The gel was silver stained.
